Marcin Zięzio, one of our Network Support Engineers, is celebrating after securing Microsoft 70-347 Enabling Office 365 Services accreditation.

He achieved the certification by passing an online exam, following an extensive period of study.

The qualification covers the steps necessary to plan, deploy, configure, and manage Office 365 Services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Skype for Business Online for clients.

It also includes information on mail migration, auditing functionality, telemetry reporting, and messaging records management (MRM).

It covers configuring available services and presence options.

It also looks at managing domains, consumer connectivity, push notifications, meeting invitations and the methods required to maximise administrative tasks through the use of PowerShell.

Marcin said: “I’m delighted to have passed my exam and achieved this qualification. It means I will be able to serve all our current and future clients better and help them to get the most out of their Office 365 deployments.
“Although Office 365 comes with a host of features designed to make your business more agile, efficient and productive, only around 20% of users actually use its enhanced features to their full potential.
“This qualification gives me a full understanding of the platform, which means that we can help all our clients to use Office 365 to its full potential, to maximise the return on their investment.”
