We’re really proud to announce that Spectrum Telecoms is a finalist in the Best Cloud Solution provided to an SME category at this year’s CN Awards for our work with the Curve Theatre, Leicester.
The Spectrum team was dedicated to each and every aspect of the Leicester Theatre Trust’s project to make sure our CloudTalk solution fulfils their requirements now and continues to provide exactly what they need into the future.
We asked Benjamin Falkner, Information Technology Manager at the Curve how they have benefited from our CloudTalk solution.
“Call routing and mobile phone pairing allow calls to get to the right people faster and with greater accuracy. This definitely saves time and allows our receptionists to spend their time on more important tasks and dealing with our visitors face to face.”
“Greater reporting is now available to us than we’ve ever had before. The reporting structure integrated into CloudTalk has helped our ticket office to spot deficiencies in their staffing allocation and tackle these, meaning we can more efficiently answer calls which, in turn, generates more revenue for us.
We have been able to put into place menu systems that are easily configurable by our team leaders taking the pressure off the IT department to manage elements of the phone system. Menus also allow customers to direct themselves which has massively improved our business efficiency.” says Ben.
To have this project recognised by the CN Awards truly is the icing on the cake for the Spectrum Team.
Comms National Awards
Now in its 16th year, the CN Awards (Park Lane Hotel, October 13th 2016) is the ICT channel’s most respected and coveted awards programme.
Comprising reseller/solution provider and vendor categories the awards are independently judged by a panel of industry experts whose experience covers resellers, trade associations, vendors, consultants and trade press.
A glittering West End venue and top quality entertainment reinforce the importance of these awards in the channel. Past hosts include: Ronnie Corbett, Michael McIntyre, Stephen K Amos.
All these ingredients add up to the CN Awards being recognised as the event where the channel comes together to reward excellence and innovation and to network with industry colleagues.
Fingers crossed that the champagne will be flowing for the Spectrum Team later in the year.
