What is the spend cap?
Vodafone have updated their roaming mobile internet spending cap to help Business control mobile internet charges worldwide. By default each user now has a monthly mobile internet spending cap of €50 (£41.47 exc. VAT) in the Europe Zone and €50 (£41.47 exc. VAT) in the Rest of World.
Users will receive notifications when they use 80% and 100% of the monthly cap via SMS.
Once the user has reached the cap, they won’t be able to use mobile internet abroad for the rest of the monthly billing period, unless you choose to opt them out of the cap.
To opt out of the notifications and to opt out of the cap contact your Spectrum Telecoms Account Manager.
You can opt users back in to the notifications and spend cap at any time by contacting your Spectrum Telecoms Account Manager.
This cap supersedes all other caps, however if you have users who were opted out of the EU Only mobile internet cap, they have been automatically opted out of the New roaming mobile internet cap.
