Manage your bills securely online

At Spectrum, we know that it can be hard to keep track of all your telecommunications costs, no matter how many services your business has. This can be even more complicated when you are trying to keep tabs on the usage across multiple sites and cost centres. In order to make this as easy as possible, we offer an online billing portal known as “SpecBill” to which agreed persons on your account can have 24-hour access.

At the beginning of each month, we email out our monthly invoices which display a comprehensive list of all of your services and call summaries against each cost centre. If you need extra copies you can download these from the SpecBill portal.

Bill analysis made easy

You can also use the portal to focus on spending habits across individual phone lines as you can view each call made on every line. This information can be filtered by destination of call, by date and by cost. All information can be exported to Excel in CSV format for easy storage and reporting.

In order to make it easier still, you can view calls that have been made since your most recent invoice, helping to limit any unpleasant surprises, although of course, Spectrum will keep an eye on your usage throughout the month even if you don’t!
