In 2011 the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EoECPH) awarded supplier status to Spectrum Telecommunications Ltd for the provision of telecommunication services. This followed an extensive tendering exercise completed under OJEU rules which involved the EoECPH examining our technical ability, as well as our financial standing, to ensure that we are able to provide a sustained service commitment.
The agreement runs for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months, and indeed this extension has now been utilised. This framework award affords any NHS Trust in the UK, the ability to utilise the due diligence with the consent of the EoECPH. Additionally the London Procurement Programme & North West Collaborative Commercial Agency have formed a secondary award from this, which allows any LPP & NHS Trust within the North west of England automatic access to this award.
As an approved suppliers to the NHS under framework agreement number 2011/s 7 – 010437.
